The 2025 Crumbly-Caldwell crest focuses on the growth and personalization of the accomplishments of the families of the Crumbly and Caldwell families rooted in Laurel, Mississippi, on United States terra firma, moved by the dreams achieved in the minds of their ingenuity and formed on the backs of their perseverance, This long road up the rough side of the mountain has been a firm, stable foundation leading to a vantage point for moving dreams into reality,
The crest was developed under the leadership of Mark H. Johnson, Design Manager. He is retired United States Air Force, a mortician, and security professional. Barrett Haigler, Production Artist for this project, is a mechanical engineer at Lockheed Martin in Marietta, GA.
Crumbly and Caldwell family members including those employed full-time who gave valuable and timely insights and feedback throughout this project that required a vast amount of research and discussion: Faith Crumbly, Greg Crumbly, Timothy Crumbly, Denise Crumbly-Akapo, Chloe Davis, Michael Gilmore, and Edward Crumbly 3rd.
